when do I get the GS ball and when I have it, what do I do with it in crystal. (yes, not stupid, it IS a japanese crystal) |

I have heard but Im not absolutley positive but I believe that after you get the GS ball(I dont know where) that you bring it to Ilex forest's shrine and put it there then celebi comes out but Im not sure and I havent tried it. |

I remember something about it, though it was awhile ago I read about it. I believe you get it in Goldenrod, I think the Big Pokecenter or something. Then you give Kurt the Ball for awhile and something will happen in the Forest, then you put it in the hole and Celebi appears. I'm not sure if thats exactly right, it was over a year ago when I looked it up. |

Go to the Pokemon Center in Goldenrod City, and read the message on the lockers to the right of the room. They will talk about a present from the future. Leave and the blue-haired nurse will ask you to defeat all sixteen gyms in order to obtain the GS Ball. Once you have done so, give the GS Ball to Kurt. The next day, he will give it back. Put it in the shrine in the Ilex forest and a level 30 Celebi will attack you. |

I have a question. You can only get to Goldenrod if you alreay have 2 badges, so how can you beat all 16 in order when you already have 2? Also, what is the order? It can'e be Brock, Misty, etc. as you cannot reach Brock until you have at least 12 badges, so you can get the expansion card to get Snorlax out of the way. So, um...yeah. |

What you do is catch all pokemon, go to elm, he'll say something about a GS Ball, then go to Kurt, and he'll give you a GS Ball. Take the ball to the forest shrine and place it in it, then a Celebi will appear. |

the GS ball. I have heard of it. But is it real? I think it doesnt exist and everyone is pulling a BIG joke. Unless it is ONLY on the japanese version, then I dont think it exists. I have finished my SIlver version. I havent found it. Is it only on Crystal? Gimme some answers people. And i find slightly unfair for it to be in japanese (if it IS), seeing as i cant read japanese. |

The Japanese version can link up with a mobile adaptar/phone. However, for some reason, they never included this feature in the American vesrion. The only way to get the GS ball in (Crystal) is to link up with a mobile phone/adaptar, and Nurse Joy will give you the GS ball in Goldenrod City. Since this feature was removed in the American version, the GS ball cannot be obtained without cheating, and Celebi waits in Ilex Forest until someone cheats to get it, kind of like the game was "unfinished" in a way. The GS ball is sometimes refered to as "Teru-Sama." Edit: Oh, and boba, if you care, THAT is the answer to your question. :p |

He meant in order to get the GS ball beat all 16 gym leaders. Johto first then Canto. To be honest most the time you cant skip a gym cause there is some sort of obstical involving a HM. I spent 3 days researching the GS ball on the net and on the 3rd day i found it was for japanese only. I wonder if nintendo ever veiw this site, if so we could start a petition so no pokemon were just in Jap version or just in nintendo event in coming games |

I heard that for the american version you must beat all 16 gym leaders and have caught suicune, raikou and entei and have traded in atricuno, moltres and zapdos and you must have them all in your party then you must go to either goldenrod or virdian city (i forgot) and talk to a women to get the gs ball then you must take it to kurt and the next day pick it up and then put it in the shrine in ilex forest and celebi will come out |
