I think its only in G/S/C.... Anyway, you have the poke of your choice in your party. Go to PC. Put Switch boxes. When it says saving dont turn off the power, TURN OFF THE POWER IMMEDIATELY BEFORE IT SAYS THAT!!!! Now turn it back on, wah-la. One Poke on your team, the duped' one in the PC. -Gardevoir~ |

I did this on my cydiquil and it worked but it only learned half of the moves its suposed to. 
anyone gotta clue oh i also did it alot more times and now I have a typhlosion that only learns Tackle,Growl |
