I'm playing Japanese Gold Virtual Console for 2 weeks and not one of the 1. 21 HP, 11 Attack, 13 Defense, 11 Speed, 11 Special Attack, 13 Special Defense has shown up yet. Is it possible to generate either 11/15/15/15 DVs,13/15/15/15 DVs, or 15/15/15/15 DVs in a gen 2 game picking up a starter Pokemon? I got Bulbasaur this way in Yellow version when there was only Special, but I couldn't get Pikachu this way. I need help. |
