I caught everything (including mew) with pokeballs, so i went and used my master ball on some trainers ratata.

I used my Master Ball on the Shiny Mew I ran into at Faraway Island when I was in Maryland and went to New York. I was very lucky. :)

Blue Mew, you do know this is the RBY generation area, right? There was no Faraway Island in RBY. So, your post should not be here. And whoever posted about catching Suicune and Ho-oh, that's GSC, not RBY. Remember that. And Ho-oh is an uber, it doesn't suck.

In one of my games, I didn't use my Master Ball at all. I think it was my Red version...

On every game, I always waste it on a rubbish Pokemon. On Yellow, it was a Snorlax, LOL.
P.S. On Gold and Silver, never got far enough to get one, on Ruby, I used it on Groudon. On Emerald, Rayquaza, and on FireRed it was Mew-friggin-two.

I've been good about the usage of Master Balls now...

Back during the days of my early Pokemon Blue.....I used my Master Ball on an Abra....doh....Abra just had to not have any other moves other than Teleport....

Agreed. Catching {abra} was annoying. I was 4 years old and threw my gameboy color and nearly broke it in frustration.

On my Yellow I never bothered going that far. I was too busy trying to get Pikachu to shut up. After getting my 1st gym badge, I would save the game and put it away so I could play it another day...or year. :D

on my yellow I never beat it I was stuck in Silph and I couldn't find a card key....and I had a lvl72 Pidgeot 65 Victree bell 59 Kadabra and a 60 Charzard.boy I was mad when I lost......

i accidentally made a mistake on the duplicating trick, and chucked my only master ball at a level 3 pidgey i had a million of.

I'm soosure i can catch mewtwo with a pokeball.

Well in my Gold I used it on Lugia.
Same with Crystal.

In my yellow I used it on Mewtwo.

In Blue I did the 'M duplication glitch to catch a lot of stuff.
But in answer to the original question, I used the first on Missingno.

Um, okay, this is SO embarassing. I was trying to catch an electabuzz, but it kept on breaking out of it's pokeball. It got to where it was automatic pokeball throwing. But then I kept going in the bag wihtout realizing it, didn't to bother to read (All I saw was ball, not the master) and used my masterball. At first I was like no biggie. But since it was my first time playing red and blue versions, I didn't realize that the only way to catch mewtwo was with the master ball. I was SOOOOOO angry.

I think i was good from the start. Used it on Mewtwo, and actually after that I learned about the 3 birds, caught them all with Ultras. But I did have 99 masters without noticing. My friend borrowed my game and he knew about the missingno glitch.

believe it or not my first pokemon game was well, silver because i first got a gba see im not that old anyways i used it on raikou
