A move like Return is always good, if your Tentacruel has high ATK. If not (which it shouldn't, you should focus on special attack), try Rain Dance. It's a good set-up move, making water moves stronger for 5 turns. Also, it makes Thunder have 100% accuracy. Try putting Thunder on Jolteon instead of Dig and you can switch it out for a powerful Thunder. Or, you can use Toxic and use it as a last resort sort of move. Really, you don't need a 4th skill because Sludge Bomb, Surf and Ice Beam will be all you need. The last is just filler (you can get Double Team or something if you want, too. Any support skill).
Get rid of HMs (cept Surf) and Dig, they're not very good. I also see a lot of redundancy in your pokemon. 2x Flamethrower, 2x Ice Beam, 2x Tbolt. Mostly due to Dragonite, but maybe you see the issue. Try switching up Dragonite's moveset to more of a physical sweeper. Teach him Sword Dance from the Move Tutor on Island 6 (i think) and go with Dragon Claw (STAB), Wing Attack and Return. Or something else for Return, but it's such a strong move with high happiness (102 attack with max happiness).
That should make your pokemon a bit more unique. Rapidash looks good, Tentacruel looks good, Dragonite will be good if you follow my advice, and Jolteon is ok.
Aerodactyl: Get rid of Fly. Teach it Aerial Ace if you haven't used that TM. If you have, try something like Double-Edge (if it's Rock Head). Ancient Power is great, so is EQ. Bite is weak, but unless you can get Crunch (which you can't) it's a decent Dark move. Steel Wing could replace Bite if you want.
