If I am facing an in-game trainer and defeat his first pokemon (let's say Seedot), but then the whole of my party faints, will the pokemon that defeated Seedot get the EV's or not? |

The EVs are earned the very moment the Pokemon get experience for the knockout. They aren't given at the end of the battle. |
