umm. okay tell me if i got this write. say you get a torchik (lv.5) give it rare candy/daycare til it evolves to blaziken. give as much protein for attack &&carbos for speed. then EV train for attack (shuppet) &&speed(voltorb). then once at lv.100 ,it should be mega awesome.?!  umm.. does this work.? help me out plz &&thanx you(:[*] |

My advice is give it the appropriate vitamins and EV training until your done, then afterwards level it up. If you EV train the Pokemon properly from birth (assuming you breed it), it should be somewhere in the lvl 25-30 range, depending where you train and against what Pokemon, meaning you won't have to put quite as much effort into training it to lvl 50 or to 100 as you would if you leveled it then EV trained it. |
