I know that the titles says Pokemon Red/Blue Color. And Pokemon Red and Blue are in black and white colors. But i've seen some pictures and videos (on youtube) where Pokemon Red and Blue are I color. How is that possible when they are suppose to be in black and white colors?

The images which show Red and Blue version in "Colour" are most likely an image of someone playing the games on a Super Gameboy for the SNES or the Nintendo 64's Pokemon Stadium feature "Gameboy Tower".

By default, the Gameboy Color and the gameboys after it load a "color" pallet for any original Gameboy game, which consists of about eight colors. You can change the color pallet around when you start the game up by pressing A or B + the direction pad when the Gameboy logo is displayed.

If you mean R/B look like Yellow Version (where there's more than just one small color pallet), then Ka2ma is right. The Super Gameboy and Pokemon Stadium (1 & 2) have built in pallets for certain games, Red and Blue being two of them.

So, yeah, Red & Blue are only in black and white when they're played on an original Gameboy or Gameboy Pocket, because the later systems will automatically load a color pallet (red for Red Version and blue for Blue Version, although you can change it with the button combination.)
