It doesn't matter, just pick which 1 you want to give your pokemon & leave the other 1 in your bag... They give the same boost, however the Rose Incense does however help breed  aside from the similar boost it gives that Miracle Seed gives as well...

ok thanks. is it possible that any of these items help the chances of breeding shinies? |

Use the Masuda Method to make breeding shinies easier. One foreign pokemon + one of your pokemon = shiny egg rate x4. |
