I think I taught a Tropius Fly, Cut & Sweet Scent (I know it's not a HM but it can be used outside of battle). |

Sweet Scent = Worthless, I'd teach it some other HM and get Dig on a different pokemon. Tropius - Fly, Cut, Flash, rock Smash Swampert - Surf, Waterfall, Strength, Dig In RBYGSC I use Psyduck, Farfecth'd, 2 Mews (They're sharked and I have about 30 in my PC) and Bulbasaur. (Multiple games). |

There was a similar thread before, but it was quite long ago, so I'll keep this thread. Such Pokemon are more commonly termed HM Slaves and not HMers actually. There are lots of Pokemon like this. Here are some of my favs: 
Cut - Fly - Flash - Rock Smash 
Strength - Surf - Rock Smash - Cut (Pickup ability is very useful too) 
Strength - Waterfall - Dive - Rock Smash There you go
