if i am trying to complete the SS pokdex how do i get sinnoh pokemon? would need another DS or is there a way to catch or obtain them? |

There is a radio program that plays every Thursday called 'Sinnoh Sound'. When you play it in a route or cave, certain Sinnoh Pokémon appear. Some Sinnoh Pokémon can only be caught in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, though. |

check the hgss capture methods guide on the main site. it tells you which pokemon show up where when the sinnoh music is playing. |

use the safari zone, if you have completed both of Baoboas tests, and he rings you up telling you about item arrangement, you can place specific items in specific places for specific pokemon in specific times sometimes, lol that was a lot of specifics |

the sinno sound radio is only useable when you have national dex |

Without trading, you'll also have to go looking on the PokéWalker. |
