I assume you don't even want a ground type so I say Bulbasaur...it's what I used to beat surge...

Hmm alright i beat Lt Surge. Now it is really hard for me to see in Rock tunnel T.T

This really isn't the section of the forums to post topics like this & regardless...I've no clue, it based on what you want to use really, just know what pokemon the Elite 4 & the Champion has before putting it together...
