I'm not sure if it is okay to rate a team outside of a offical team but:

Get rid of the double slap and egg bomb on the chanseyy and replace it toxic and tbolt or beam

Are you planning on migrating this??

attack is way to low to have to physical moves

hey i was thinking of giving dragonair draco meteor, dragons dance or fly(when he's a dragonite) instead of twister which should i teach or i leave him like that?

there's no draco meteor in generation III...
dragonite can learn dragon claw by TM if you want a stab special move on it
