As the main site says & the titile of this thread now says as well, this is where you can talk about the current Wifi Event going on for the Route Map known as Winner's Path which once picked up from any Pokemon Mart after downloaded via Mystery Gift immediately becomes a PokeWalker Route claimed to have great pokemon with moves that they wouldn't be able to normally know... I figured out about this Event yesterday the 8th but I haven't been on it yet so, anyone have any opinions on this Event place at this time which is the next day after the Yellow Forest Event ended, or any opinions on anything else pertaining to this Wifi Event & what it offers? Here's the place to discuss it... As a start I find this Event to be too long in length as it's even longer then the last Route Map Wifi Event was & I would also perferribly like if there was an Event for an actually Exclusive Pokemon as in Legendary Pokemon, I mean it's nice to have a new map but this event is outrageously length being actually well longer then a month straight... Here's the --> Bulbapedia Article on this Route Map & here is the --> HGSS Official Site Info on this Route Map |

just got it right now on the top of the card it showed a munchlax bedlum and horse about to test it out sending a pokemon in right now first pokemon seen was a bronzor caught it stats were as site said and if thats all you can get in it i dont need to walk this path at all have every one of those and all the items you can get i already have so this path is blah to me of the three bronzor i caught i went to the judge said its potential was decent over all and bronzor one its special attack was fantastic number 2 was very good number 3 cant get any better |

Besides Munchlax having Explosion, I don't see what's so special about any of the other pokemon, I mean yes Horsea has Muddy Water but so what...I think it actually can learn that via EGG Move in HGSS if my memory serves right...I want to know WTH the Magikarp has that makes it so special...better be something good... |

I read that the magikarp gets Bounce. Which is nice since Gyarados didn't learn any flying moves before. |

Ohh, then I guess that's worth it imo, I will now add the bulbapedia article in the opening post (first post) as it will probably shed more light on what the track offers, maybe... |

After 3 strolls on the PokeWalker on this course, I have learned the following; 1. Bronzor is very common & is hard as hell to catch or even get it's HPs low which pisses me off cause it's the common pokemon 2. Duskull is hard to catch but not painful exactly & shows up quite often when the amount of steps needed to encounter it is accomplished 3. Horsea is the easiest pokemon to catch that I have encountered in the course so far & maybe slightly harder to encounter then Duskull 4. Magikarp will not show up in this course when I use Torterra which I did 3 times now 5. I know nothing about Munchlax or Beldum cause I have never got enough steps to catch them on any of my strolls, I know, sad 6. I have not gotten any items via this Route Map cause I don't need a single one of them thanks to Platinum, yep... |

Lord_vegeta wrote: munchlax i hate that little freak i have only seen 5 was only able to catch one I need to get my **** together & walk 8000 lousy steps already so that I can encounter either a Munchlax or a Beldum...& by the quoted statement, you understand my experience with Bronzor...I had Torterra with me so maybe bringing a different pokemon will heed different results in terms of battle luck... |

Find out the special types that reduce the amount of steps needed to get Munchlax/Beldum & use a pokemon with one or more of those types as it's type & for Magikarp, good luck cause I haven't seen it either in 3 runs there & I used the same pokemon all 3 times... |

Got the event yesterday. The first Pokemon I caught was Horsea. I'd rather have a Kingdra instead of my Blastoise. I can't wait until they release the Route where you can get Eevee, Torchic, and all the others. |

I got 2 of those duskull traded on on the GTS for a Chikorita. I aslo got one of those Bronzor. I need to go on that course again becasuse I want the Bounce Magikarp and the Horsea, I need the Munchlax as well. I want to get alot of each for trading, so I'll have to take a few more walks on it, but when I take it to work I easily get enough steps to unlock all the pokemon. |

Yes we sure do cause to iliterate, Magikarp actually is a very common pokemon on this route but is the harder of the very common pokemon to encounter it seems based on overall opinion, I will try to get Magikarp today for moi... |

Lord_vegeta wrote: to bad pokemon abilities don't work in the walker digglets arena trap would be helpfull Yes indeed cause I say this again, those ****ing pokemon are hard as hell to predict & will easily either drain your HP bars down first or run like hell without warning or indication which again explains what happened when I faced Duskull & more importanly the easy to catch(to others) Bronzor...meh... |

Lawence my man Yes I did & more then 1...I'm going to just keep Shiny Lopunny out there so that I can catch lots more of them in some very bad effort to get a shiny one hopefully & p.s. They are actually just as easy to catch here as anywhere else, lol... MUNCHLAX wrote: after a staredown if you evade again the pokemon will flee
amn't having the best of luck with pokes but got 2 focus sahes Yeah, this pisses me off but I am able to deal with it as it is at least better then a terrible catch rate & predicting them is actually worse then this but kind of falls down the same lines as this, & I have all the items available on this course so I don't use the Dowsing Machine when on this route, meh... |

AlphaArceus wrote: I got a bunch of those bounce magikarp and horsea, and only 1 Munchlax, no beldum yet Good job on getting the Munchlax AlphaArceus as it was most likely hell to catch no?...your get beldum soon, just keep putting different pokemon into the PokeWalker & eventually one of them will get you a chance at Beldum... |
