Where are some decent places to train pre-E4? Raising a Dratini and Larvitar at the same time is a little demanding. Is Victory Road really my only option for EXP points? |

Mt. Silver is pretty good. So is battling Gym leaders for the second time. But unless this is the first time you are going against the E4, then yes, Victory Road is your only option. |
