I'm not too great with items, so my item suggestions probably won't be too great.

For Primeape, Stone Edge might be better then Poison Jab or Rock Slide, takes care of Flying types, or Ice Punch. U-Turn could be better then Screech. Quick Claw, a Shell Bell or a King's Rock might be nice.

A Kangaskhan with Drain Punch should be better then one with Avalanche. You might want to give it Leftovers or Big Root. Leftovers might be nice.

Focus Blast and Hidden Power, Ice type would be nicer, in my opinion. Instead of Confuse Ray, Psychic could be pretty nice. A Flame Orb should help out a lot, being burned=heals AND no other status infection will infect you, if it does actually burn a Fire type pokemon... never tried it. You might also want to evolve it if possible. :P

Signal Beam could be better then Thunder Wave, Magnet Rise is better then Cotton Spore, and Discharge could be better then Thunderbolt, but it depends. No idea for the item on this guy, Wise Glasses possibly.

Future Sight instead of Grass Knot could be nice. Wise Glasses possibly, otherwise, no idea.

Feraligatr seems nice, don't see any problems, but teaching it Crunch could be better then Agility. No idea for the item again.

Do you remember where the guy is that tells you what your Pokemon's HP is in HGSS?

Don't have damaging moves of the same type on the same pokemon. Like your Magmar, don't give it flamethrower and lava plume, it just wastes one of the four move slots, keep flamethrower and replace lava plume with something else. Same with your Ampharos, keep thunderbolt and don't teach it shock wave.
