Well I currently arrived in GoldenRod City so I have access to the GTS. My current team is:

CYNDAQUIL Lv.23, TOTODILE Lv. 23, PIDGEOTTO Lv.23, BEEDRILL Lv.23, NIDORINA Lv.23, TOGEPI Lv.23, SCYTHER Lv.23 and HM Slave BELLSPROUT.

What is a good team to run-through Silver? Are there any good in-games or any suggeestions please post, thanks.

I'm not exactly an expert here, but I'm happy to tell you what I've been using (I'm about to go for my 8th badge).

I've got a {togetic} {croconaw} {sandshrew} {magby} {flaaffy} and {bulbasaur}.

I grabbed the Bulbasaur off GTS when I got to Golden Rod, cause, as discussed in another thread, there are only so many grass options in HGSS it seems. I'm probably going to sub the Sandshrew for a Gligar when I get access to my little sister's DS in a week or so too, and I'm thinking about adding a Ralts on somewhere.

I think it's really about making the team you choose work for you, in game at least. It's when you start battling human opponents that things get really tough. You're all a crazy bunch of stat-crazed poke-addicts. :)

is my planned team.

My Heart Gold will be fixed alot better, though.

Ponyta {ponyta} 21 AKA Singe [Strenght]
Bayleef {bayleef} 22 AKA Rosevine (DQM) [Cut]
Fearow {fearow} 22 AKA Pharoh [Fly]
Kangaskhan {kangaskhan} 22 AKA Queen [Rock climb, Rock Smash, Whirlpool]
Espeon {espeon} 20 AKA Aura

My team is in my trainer card X3

Dragonite, Espeon, Ampharos, Lugia, Typhlosion, and the last one I forgot because I'm so bad >.< They're all level 100 too, which is the sad part.

EDIT: Poor Scizor... :(

So far, I am only using a Croconaw, Wobbuffet and Skiploom. About to get my third badge.
