Post subject:  id my emerald hacked or not?
I went start the game and when i beat wallace i saved(you have to) and turned off the game the other day my game said "The saved game can't be loaded due to corruption or damage."BUT THE THINGS IS MY GAME HADN'T FELL OR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!@_@(my game is exactly the same as my friend's game but without the erased game problem)

So, to clarify, you got this message the first time you tried to load your game after you beat the elite 4? If that is the case, then it's almost certainly a fake, as that's a very common sign of a fake game.

but then after that it started saying it over and over again

That happened to me with my silver version when i got it, but i believe it was just the battery going out. when the battery goes out on emerald does it act the same as with the G/S/C games and cant hold a save?

In answer to Ryder's question, there is another topic that addresses the consequences of Emerald's internal battery dying out. Note that one of them is NOT the issue with GSC, because RSE doesn't use an in-game (real-time) clock. If that is confusing, basically it wasn't trying to keep track of real world time (which is why it doesn't have that problem).

On topic: Sorry, I can't answer the question of whether your Emerald is hacked or not...

I had a weird situation like that on my FireRed game. It let me beat the Elite Four, but it wouldn't load afterwards. I have absolutely no idea what happened! Aahhhhh :O

well sometimes it cant but now its working great and its only when my game chrashes or when i beat the E4

Huh. i dont know. it could be a fake, or it could have just gotten glitched or damaged. i dont know. im sorry i cant help more.

Where did you get the game? Was it used? Personally, I've never had this happen to me , but that's wierd.

Here's would could have happened.

1. Battery's running low
2. Fake Game
3. Game just corrupted on it's own

Or maybe you use Gameshark to much on your Emerald
