PMD 2: Can't go to Steam Cave after expedition

Post subject:  PMD 2: Can't go to Steam Cave after expedition
Just what it says. Steam Cave doesnt show up in the list of dungeons I can go to, even though Craggy Coast, Mt Horn, and Foggy Forest do. I've completed the whole Guild Expedition thing. Which means I'm back home and can do bulletin board missions. I've noticed that when I'm going on a bulletin board mission and the map shows up, there's a dot on Steam Cave's location, but I can't go there.

What's going on here?

It's supposed to happen. You'll only be able to access it once you defeat Primal Dialga.

Primal Dialga is in Explorers of Sky, to the best of my knowledge. I have Explorers of Darkness. So it'd be after I beat regular Dialga, right?

Primal Dialga is in Explorers of Time, Darkness AND Sky. So after going through the Hidden Land and Temporal Tower for the first time, you battle Primal Dialga (doesn't matter which PMD2 game). After you defeat Primal Dialga, the credits will roll. When the credits finish, more dungeons are available - including Steam Cave.

Oh, and defeating regular Dialga can only be done once Primal Dialga is defeated.
