It may sound kind of weird, but you answered your own question with your problem. Red version is not compatible with FRLG. 'Nuff said. Welcome to Psypoke!

I can't trade between my Red version, and my Fire Red or Emerald version (those being the only pkmn games I have) but I can trade between my FR and E version so the cable works just fine. when I try to trade, it says "Welcome to the Cable Club!...." and blah blah and yeah it doesn't let me trade. I'm in Cerulean city I believe, the Second Gym. So whats wrong? |
