I caught Azelf with a quickball on the first turn. It was awesome!

The easiest legendary Poke'Mon I have ever caught in the history of Poke'mon games was on Pearl. A Poke'Mon I have a lot of respect for which, with a good amount of irony, comes in such a non-intimidating package. Giratina, with a heal ball.

The road to him was dangerous and full of almost-white outs (I never created HM tanks so two of the poke'mon on my team were lv.10. Then to make matters worse, I rushed through the game to open up the palpark. Which meant two of my poke'mon were lv. 40ish and one 50ish and another 60ish). I came across Giratina and stupidly spoke to the thing without saving and almost cried on the spot and watched...in horror, as my poke'mon were getting pwned turn by turn as it systematically tore open a new one through my faithful buddies with Shadow Force. (Yes, it used it...EVERY turn.) On my final Poke'Mon, a Lv.10 Chimchar ('cause I never really did like him and dropped him in the BOX for a Shinx, and now had him solely for rockclimb) threw out the only Poke'ball I had any good amount of; a Heal Ball. Which, to my amazement, caught it.

So, when I use it nowadays, I can't help but chuckle at the image of such an intimidating Poke'Mon popping out of a pink and white poke'ball. In a flash of pink light, no less.

Thank you! Though, I think it suits me. Ever since Gen I, I've always named my first Magikarp I get Bubbles. Which at first I think is a good name for a fish, until it evolves. Then, I try to imagine it.

You're battling someone and you hear them scream, "I choose you, Bubbles!" only laugh a bit to the affectionate name then to see a Gyarados manifest from the pokeball before you.

Hm!
I love that! I always reverse-name my Pokes, like I'll probably name my Yooterri (sp?) "Thrasher" or something.

Wow, that's luck if I've ever seen it.

You want luck? Try a mespirit, full health, no status, first try with a pokeball in Pearl. Same goes for a Mewtwo in FireRed. Without unnatural luck, though, a Regice in Platinum. Just over half life with two throws of an ultra ball.

Either Azelf red health w/ 2 dusk balls or Mespirit green health (not full) no status 5 quick balls. Depends on what you consider luckier.

Hmmm...
I'm pretty sure I posted in here, but I can't remember.
My easiest one was my {dialga} in Diamond. One hit from Infernape's Flame Wheel (It was level 48 and it's a modest nature) and a couple of wasted timer balls. Then I got it in a heal ball, of all balls! (Later, I caught Lv. 70 Giratina with the first Timer Ball I threw, but it had like 10 HP left)

I already posted way back, but I thought I'd let you know how funny it is that my {dialga} is also in a Heal Ball =P

Well, my {azelf} and {uxie} are in Dusk Balls, but {azelf} was yellow health and I caught it in a Dusk Ball (well, it took me ten turns, so it was not lucky or easy) and well, my {uxie} was caught with paralysis and five Dusk Balls, so that wasn't lucky either. {regirock} in Emerald was green health (but not full) and then I wasted five Ultra Balls, and then used my only Great Ball at the moment, thinking to waste a turn for Timer Balls to start to affect soon. So I threw it, and it caught it! Talk about luck! (I caught it today.)
