Get pokemon FireRed or LeafGreen... I'm pretty sure that's the only way, other than trading with people with the Wireless Communication. |

In order to unlock the name on the GTS you have to see a charmander first, either get FR/LG or have a friend trade you one and trade it back. The GTS really sucks that way... |
