I disagree with Frost.
That being said, I think remaking FRLG would be on par with remaking HG/SS.
Let's let those be remade first, okay?

When I found out they had confirmed remakes for Gold and Silver, I was obviously overjoyed, but then I thought, "Wait, what about Crystal?" This brings up an interesting point of discussion for me. I would like to see a Crystal remake, but there may be some controversy over rumors. In Gen. III, the remakes of RB were FR and LG, but they didn't remake Y. This could be because Y was nothing special: all legendaries were the same, trainers, E4, and Gym leaders were the same, only spark of it was that you could get followed by a sprite. But with Crystal, C, there /were/ a few substantial differences from G and S. And it leads me to wonder, "Are they going to remake C as well?" Discuss in 3...2...1...GO. |

I'd love to see a MindCrystal. Crystal was really my first pokemon game so it holds sentimental value. |

How about wait till GHSS Comes out first besides the major differences were the battle tower, the female character, pokemon animations plus a few minor map improvements and story line changes |

with a remake of GS on the horizon i'd rather a remake of FRLG for DS or a Fifth generation of pokemon. |

Because if remaking FRLG would be "making a remake of a remake," then remaking Crystal would be "making a remake of a remake" as well. Crystal is already an "enhanced remake" of Gold and Silver in the exact same way FireRed and LeafGreen are already "enhanced remakes" of Red and Blue. This has absolutely NOTHING to do with my opinion about the GS remakes that we are getting. Seriously. |
