Wouldn't checking the Psydex entry for Victreebel give you the answer?

I have a Weepinbell in which I want to evolve to a Victreebell. In the Psydex it shows the Level up moves for Weepinbell (Razor Leaf42,Slam level 54 etc) but I want to have my Victreebell to know Razor Leaf. So my question is, do I have to wait until level 43 to evolve my Weepinbell or will it learn Razor Leaf as a Victreebell? |

You should wait to evolve it. Victreebel doesn't learn it by level-up, and it's not very easy to have a Pokemon "re-learn" a move in GSC (although it's possible), so waiting is probably your best bet. |

Ok, Thank you, i thought I should wait, but came here to see if there was anyone who knew if it would learn it at a higher level. |
