So I notice Shinx , Luxio , and Luxray all have the same level up attacks except that Luxio and Luxray take longer to get the same attacks as it takes a Shinx. So I was wondering if there is any reason to let a Shinx evolve before level 56. After it is done learning moves I would let it for Pokedex sake, but unless the evolutions have some sort of bonus, I don't think I'll let it yet.

Also, same goes for other Pokemon with similar circumstances.

As they evolve, their base stats increase, iirc.

Now would you say its better to evolve it now, and just wait longer for moves, or later and just wait longer for higher stats?

I would say that it's better to evolve them early, since it's only a few extra levels for the moves. Also, the attacks it currently has could be a bit stronger as the base stats go up. :)
