My luckiest day in Platinum was catching a Psyduck with Pokerus. Hands down, i was about to
my pants. I also got a naughty Riolu from riley's egg, and passed pokerus to it :3 I LAHV this game!

So I got Platinum on Friday. Yesterday, I went into Jubilife TV station for the first time, after getting my first badge. I went to the lotto counter and drew a ticket. I won forth prize. Now that doesn't sound that impressive, but seeing as I only had like 9 Pokemon and only 5 unique last digits, it was still about a 50% chance. But then it really improved later, when I was wandering around the tall grass looking to train, and I found a Shiny Buizel. I think that may have been my most lucky pokemon day. That or when in Diamond when I met Dialga, threw a quickball first turn and caught it no problem. Share your stories about your luckiest days. |

Winning the lottery in D/P isn't really much of an accomplishment. I've won 3rd and 4th place dozons of times, 2nd place a few times, and 1st place once or twice. I just turned on my game to see what place I'd win today and I won 3rd place again. It's not like GSC where you only have a few unique IDs unless you've traded a ton of times with a linkcord or Stadium 2. I hatched a Togekiss with nearly flawless IVs, I think his lowest IV was 28 (in attack). This was before I hacked a Ditto with 31 IVs in all stats too, so it was pretty lucky. I've also found a shiny Gastly in Old Chateau (and no, I'm not some lame kid with no life who chains 5 hours a day.) |

Chaining doesn't take -that- long D: I don't really recall any specifically lucky days. I guess catching a shiny Poochyena at the beginning of Emerald is lucky. |

Catching a shiny Tentacool in my emerald, only shiny I've caught/seen in the 3rd. or 4th. gen games. And its only the third shiny I've ever seen, and only second one I've ever caught. |

Like Krisp, I hatched an awesome Togekiss with legit parents. Its IVs were 31/29/23/31/31/31 - Calm, with Nasty Plot. It only took me about two weeks. I also found a shiny Bidoof 52 minutes into Diamond. And i'm not a kid with no life who chains. ;P |

Getting a Starly with Grass-type hidden move in Pearl, Shiny Ponyta in Diamond, and Pokerus rattata in Firered (i also saw a shiny rattata in fr but i made it faint D:) |

Probably when I found out my Gardevoir was Shiny. It was my first shiny, and I didn't notice until I saw my brother's normal one. That was on Ruby, so I Emerald cloned it half-a-million times, imported it, and used it to get six shiny (plural of Deoxys) and anything else I wanted. Or maby it was when I caught a shiny Bibarel in the Safari Zone. |

Well, this is lucky and depressing. The only shiny pokemon I ever saw in the wild... Bibarrel. Yeah. But more importantly, in Diamond, When I went to Dialga I caught it in four turns. I think Heracross with close combat, switch to something else, one weak attack, timer ball, jiggle jiggle jiggle click! |

In crystal (I know wrong generation topic) the random baby pokemon you get from daycare hatched to be a shiny igglybuff, which is odd cause it hatched in front of day care, where i had caught a shiny krabby in gold. |

It's NOT special, you have a chance to hatch a shiny baby or a baby with 0 DVs for all stats. I can't really remember how the formula works, Frost showed it to me sometime last year. |

Ok so I have always thought this was the luckiest thing that ever happened to me. I was playing Fire Red I think and I was battling a friend. I had knocked out all of his but his like lv. 70 Gyrados and he had knocked all mine out but a lv. 5 Togepie (I have no clue why I left it in my party) Im like "CRAP!" im screwed. Didnt stop me from attempting though...I use Metronome. So Gyrados uses some attack and it misses...Togepie uses Metronome and pulls out a 1 hit KO move and it lands....talk about a level up! hahaha |

My luckiest day is in my platinum which i just got. I discovered i had PKRS for the 3rd time and then going to spear pillar i found a shiny clefairy with 31 sp.def 25 sp. atck and other allround (cept speed which was 2 D:) but it didn't have magic guard so that was a littlebit of a letdown. but still it was by far my luckiest day |

One of my luckiest days was in Silver when I beat Red with not one of my pokemon past lvl 60 also I once caught a Shiny Ekans on sliver but then my data got erased

My ruby game has been the best to me. I was looking for a Feebas in that one little stretch of river, and not only caught one on my second cast, but the third cast got me a shiny red Sharpedo. ....then my game got erased. . F*** |

I've been playing Pokemon since the first day Red and Blue hit the streets and I have NEVER once even encountered a Shiny Pokemon.... It's very frustrating. |

Well, i was training at Stark mnt. and came across a shiny Graviler... ...who used selfdestruct. First shiny i ever saw, and first shiny i ever saw faint. But when i first went to catch Dialga on Diamond, it caught it with the first dusk ball. Thats about it though.

Congratulations! *claps* Twice in one week, my Regigigas won the loto. I only have a box of pokemon, and I win a lot, with Regigigas winning at least 3 or 4 since I got it. I got 4th prixe, or 3rd, I don't remember, when I had 12 pokemon, or 10 or 11, so I have just as much luck as you. :3 |

Ok one day I was exploring a region on emerald I forgot about and saw a level 20 shiney jigglypuff, then bred it and one of the 3 eggs was shiney. I flipped out because I have only ever seen those shineys. |

I've only saw 2 shiny's since Gen. I, both of which came in Ruby. The first one, I found a shiny oddish while trying to get to the next town. I evolved that into Bellosom (Shiny ftw). Later on, I was fishing for a Wailord so I could unlock the Regi's and on my 4th cast, pulled in a Red Gyrados, level 41. Caught it and trained it clear to level 100 ^_^ |
