I work full-time too... I was lucky enough to have the day off. And my friends were either at their work or playing pokemon as well. (cept my fiancee, who was playing mabinogi.)

I have not even so much as put the cartridge in my DS slot yet. I've been way to busy with school.

Because I played Diamond SO MUCH for the past few weeks, my body is unable to constantly play Platinum like I want to. I have only played for 5 hrs in 2 days!!!!

I promised a good frined of mine that I would wait to open my game until I could see him.

I picked it up for him, and it took until last night (Wednesday) to get it over to him. I let him choose the case, and he got a fan Rotom (I loled), I got the Refrigerator. He didn't want to switch, though, so it was cool.

He loved the fact that I reserved it for him and got it on day 1 - he's keeping the figurine (I pre-ordered them, don't worry), I wished him a happy birthday, and wouldn't even let him pay a penny (he got me a job that pays 50-60 dollars a night - how could I take it?).

Starting mine today, but I will go a bit slower than 12 hours - maybe take until April 7th (I'll do the post-elite stuff afterwards, during Spring Break).

It took me 32 hours to clear the E4 and get the national dex
of corse I spent a day underground gettting items and flags and doing every sub area available before the E4,
plus I was never defeated
And thanks to amulet coin and luck insense I finished with a hefty P652,078 poke which was promptly used on Villa decorations. Man they are Exepensive.

I haven't completed it yet.
I don't like "Speeding" through games, I don't feel like I get the most out of the game.
Taking my time is fun :P

Well Im on the E4 with 56 hours!
Ive seen 194 pokemon and own a bit more than half of them.Working on getting my Riolu to Lvl 60 and Staraptor as well.

My other various Pokemon have to get passed lvl60 in order to defeat them.
With the Exp. Share it makes it alot easier to get Riolu to a higher level. Plus the Amulet coin works wonders!

I have questions.....

1. What was your line up?

2. What were their levels?

3. What were you Pokemon's movesets?

It took me longer then your posted time, but my pokemon were grossly under leveled. (i like a challenge) I'm up for the task of trying to best your time, but I wanna know roughly where your pokemon were at so I can gauge it fairly.

Awww, that's reaaaaally nice of You :)

I play like T-Virus here. I like taking my time too :P. Started playing on 30th of March and I played only 29h. That's about 3h/day :P. If I had more time then I'd probably played about 7-8hrs a day :P.
So yeah 29hrs and I'm just past Pastoria Gym.

I got the game the day after it came out(was busy the day before with my birthday) and cleared the E4 on April 2. And got all of good items/pokemon transferred over in about 4 days after that.
And as of today, I'm getting 100 of each buyable item, and getting all of the seals, ect.

I think i win in the no lifeing contest. :D
