 Any good places to train Lvl 40's?

I need some help. I'm at the Elite 4(Again!), 'cept this time with good 'ol Charizard.

Thing is, all my PKMN levels are way too low. I can't even get past Lorelei!

Here's my team:

{charizard} Level 43

Moves

- Blast Burn
- Flamethrower
- Wing Attack
- Focus Punch


{pikachu} Level 42

Moves
---------
- Thunder
- Thunderbolt
- Strength
- Thunder Wave


{nidoking} Level 42

Moves

- Surf
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Horn Attack


{mr. mime} Level 47 *Traded*

Moves
---------
- Solarbeam
- Psychic
- Thunder Wave
- Calm Mind


{articuno} Level 51

Moves
---------
- Steel Wing
- Fly
- Ice Beam
- Agility


{gengar} Level 47

Moves
---------
- Shadow Ball
- Substitute

- Curse

island NO.7 neaer the tambony chambers ther's 2 trainers that has high lvl pkm just use vs seeker to keep battling them n ther's a house near that area that helps u heal your pokemon

Wild Pokemon don't give as much as XP as trainers. Try using the VS. Seeker on trainers with level 40-50 pokemon

I feel your pain, I'm having the same problems. I have just been repeat battling the bikers on the top of the hill in Cycling Road, that is what I always do. And do battle anyone with Pokemon the same level as you obviously. That's all I've got.
