Shaymin event at Game now on. Was suprised to see this prior to us getting Platinum. Happened to go shopping and there it was, luckily the 2nd store in town has it tomorrow so I'm off to get mine.

I just wanted to say that's very cruel for me! I live in Ireland (but not in Dublin tho). In my town we DO have GameStop but how come they never organise Pokemon Events ? I don't have any possibility to trade online so such an event pokemon for me would be a great thing to participate...

Any1 knows something about GameStop organising Pokemon Events ever? Maybe there's still a hope...

Can anyone that's attended any of these events, confirm if we'll be able to reset if we don't save after recieving an undesirable nature and still get him.

After you connect and receive the 'wonder card' the delivery man is waiting in the Pokemart. Save before collecting Shaymin from the delivery man then collect and if your not happy with IVs and nature reset and try again. Hours of fun . Wish I'd known this before I did Darkrai.

I should send my Diamond cartridge to one of you UK'ers to get me a Shaymin, because I missed the US event by TWO DAYS!!

Yes, they DO have it in Dublin on 9th of April.
Can't make it there tho :/. I live about 150km from Dublin with no means of transport there .

I live pretty close to Dundrum. The one time Dublin actually gets an event, I'm not there. Oh well, if I was, I wouldnt have Platinum. :/

You can still get it on Diamond/Pearl version.

I have 2 questions.

1. I missed the event in the US, just like darkrai and deoxys, so is there any way at all I can get it over wi-fi or something here?

2. At the events, do you get the pokemon on a wonder card like with regigigas, or do you just get the pokemon? THe items/pokemon things confuses me.
