is ther an easy way to catch my dog pokemon,i already have him asleep, but he runs before i can damage him, and i don't want to use my master ball.

You can try to catch a Wobbuffet in Cerulean Cave, and put it first in your party. Don't switch him out, and keep chucking Ultra Balls or whatever you use. |
