Back in the metallic games Using TYROGUE to get HITMONTOP was pretty simple, a few vitamins and then just level.

Now I've bred about 50 TYROGUE and they keep evolving into the wrong hitmons... I don't really understand the EV training because i follow the guide and still get the wrong hitmon...
So is there any specific Nature or anything to breed for? Or anything specific for me to do to level out his stats?

have you been making sure his defense and attack stats match when he levels?

if they arent equal when he levels, he will evolve into hitmonlee if attack is higher, or hitmonchan if defense is higher.

if they arent the same upon levelling, simply press b, and cancel the evolution until he levels and they are equal.

I just can't keep them equal.

Try protein and irons. :)

After giving it Protein and Irons, if the stats don't match up you can try EV training (you will need to level it for EVs to take effect). Because of stat growth, just leveling it after giving it vitamins should help even the stats.

You can remove excess EVs with berries too, don't worry about how many EVs you give it.
