She should be in your rival's house in Pallet Town. |

If you are in Cinnibar, Surf north (or up) and you will reach pallet town, go in the house beside yours and above Oak's Labratory. |

One says garys house other says labotory of oak what the heck do u guyz are saying? The gary sister sayd that pokemon get tiored give them a rest whover said that its there, it isnt and oak's labotoary where, which person ? HELP!!!!!!!! |

Once you beat the E4, go to Gary's house (if Gary is the name of your rival). Then the girl in there (her name is Daisy) will tell you your pokemon's happiness. |
