Well i posted my team in the rating center of Pokemon rating center III generation.
They said catch a Bold nature, i mean why what the difference and it took me half and hour trying to catch it.
It also said that since i had a "timid" nature dratini keep these attack why is that?

Because Natures affect stats, so certain movesets are better with one nature than another.

When playing competitively you need to get your pokemon to have as good stats as possible, especially in the stats the specific pokemon is using most (like Atk for a physical sweeper). Nature is a relatively easy way to increase stats compared with IVs - you should definitely get the best nature for each competitive pokemon you train.

My Rayquaza on my Emerald and my Mewtwo on Firered are Modest nature.
This causes Sp. Attack to go up and attack to go down,
The Adamant nature is the exact opposite of the Modest nature.

If you want a quick list you could print the page
or copy it on a sheet of paper.
