But I'd replace the Electrode. Seems fairly useless right now.

Giga Drain. It's not really a Haunter move.

And Electrode seems like the best choice to remove.

And Chansey is meant to be sort of weak, except in HP and Sp. Def.

But wherever you can train is best, the farther in the game, the better.

WHAT IS HER USE,
SHE ONLY HAS HIGH SPECIAL DEFENSE AND HP NOT SPECIAL ATTACK OR ATTACK?

As a wall, to take special hits. That's why Sp. Def and HP are so high.

lets say you lvled chansey to 100 and she has about 630 hp and softboiled...imagine how much that would help in the long run
