My Pikachu is in a happy mood, but when I talk to the lady in Cerulean city, she doesn't offer me the Bulbasaur. I know I don't need to beat Misty first, because I've gotten Bulbasaur before that once... Would Pikachu jumping when you talk to it qualify as a happy mood? |

Probably because your Pikachu is not happy enough? Enjoy training your new Bulbusaur in any case. |
