Why Can't I get to the dark waters in FR/LG? Is a Legendary pokemon Down in those waters and the HM Dive is hid somewhere in the game? |

Dive is NOT a HM in LG/FR. You can't use Dive, and there are no accessible dive spots. Questions answered, *Locked* |
