I assume train to lvl100, not EV train
Pokemon like Breloom and Seviper take the most experience. However, pokemon like Shuckle are probably more time-consuming to train because of how they are used in battle.

I just stick an exp share on them and just use my starter in battles. I didn't realize that some pokemon took more exp than others, though.

Yeah, they can take the following amounts at lvl100:
600,000
800,000
1,000,000
1,250,000
1,640,000
EDIT: and 1059860 (thanks to Yo Shee).
I don't know the exact equations off the top of my head, though it's probably on the main site somewhere.

Makuhita/Hariyama. Both have an Extreme Growth Curve so that means 1,640,000

You forgot the bolded one. The one I added applies to all of the starters and many other pokemon as well. Also, groups 1 & 6 (The least extreme and the most extreme) didn't exist until 3rd generation, so you can't capture any pokemon within Fire Red/Leaf Green that are in those groups.

Well there's no doubt that the higher the level, the harder to train. But hands down it's Mewtwo. When you catch it, it's automaticly level 70, a beast to train. And the highest level pokemon there is (correct me if I'm wrong) are in Cerualian(sp?) Cave. And they're level 50 tops. So not much EXP. for the King of R/B/Y/FR/LG. Plus, if your weaker ones need training, EXP Share steals MORE from Mewtwo.

What about Chansey and Blissey?
I read their max Exp is 600,000.
ALL legendary pokemon have the 1,250,000 max.
ALL starters have the 1,059,860 max.
Altaria, All fossils (except Aerodactyl) is 600,000
I think I was in the battle tower with the tag team. I battled alongside lv 68 pokemon
I can't remember the 1st pokemon but the partner's 2nd pokemon was a Machoke and the 2 pokemon's exp and next level stats were less than 1000 apart on each
(not for each of them, the exp. was less than 1000 apart, and the next level was less than 1000 apart)
I am pretty sure the 1st pokemon's max would be 1,000,000 and the machoke's max exp would be 1,059,860.

Most of your post was pretty flawed, so I made the corrections in bold.
I didn't understand a word of what you said in the second half of your post though.

The ones who you have to bait-and-switch or Exp. Share. Worthy candidates would include Magikarp, Abra, caught wild Metapod/Kakuna, Pidgeotto (because of Type later on in game, but my Pidgeotto is Lv. 32 already, it'll be my first Pidgeot since my flawed Gold version!), Stone-is-only-evolution Pokemon (because you might as well just give them the stone for Pokedex purposes...), Jigglypuff, Zubat (but there is a great place on Route 7 [or whatever the one north of Vermillion is]), Paras, Tentacool, Geodude, Pokemon who only evolve in the 30s and take forever between one level..., fossils (except Aerodactyl).
Understand that I'm a little biased against what's taken me forever (or still has never been done...).
But taking out those ones that I put in from my personal experience, these following ones are still a pain to train.
Magikarp, Abra, wild Metapod/Kakuna, Zubat, fossils.
Sorry that I'm long-winded, I have these in every generation...

Wailord has 1,640,000 Exp at level 100. 1,640,000 is the absolute maximum that any pokemon can earn, and only a few pokemon must get that high before they reach level 100.
