FireRed: Hidden Power Question (I Did Read the Guides) & 1, 2, 3, Islands Question.

The Hidden Power question.

I will start out by saying that I have NO IDEA what the EVs, DVs, and/or IVs of this pokemon are and I have had it and used it for a long time.

My question is, if Hidden Power type is determined IVs and IVs change when a pokemon gains a level in battle, then does the type of the Hidden Power change, too, or does it stay the same type forever, regardless of changes in IV ?

The # Islands Question

I beat Blaine on Cinnibar Island, met Bill, and went with him to One Island. Got the Tri-Pass. Then I went to Two Island and Three Island on some quests ....Lostelle...meteorite... Then I went back to Cinnibar Island.

My question is how do I get back to One Island? I have the Tri-Pass. Where's the Ferry?

The ferry is in Vermilion City.

I don't know if I am right, but I don't think IV's change. So HP should be the same type in level 100 as in level 17.

IVs will never change, therefore Hidden Power's type and base power will not change at any point.

just clarifying,
judging from your original post, your mixing up IVs with EVs
IVs are what determine hidden powers type, they are randomly generated when a pokemon is caught.
EVs are the points you can get from battling/using vitamins, these dont affect hidden power, they only increase certain stats depending on what EV points have been earned.
