I'm not sure if this is answered somewhere else on this site, but I have a couple Up-grades in my inventory one of which I won from Trainer Tower. My question is what exactly do these things do? |

Get a Porygon (at the game corner) give it an Up-grade, Trade and it evolves Porygon into Porygon2 Check the Psydex for moves, etc. They both learn the same moves. |
