im training a skarmory like this:

{skarmory}/@ leftovers
Adamant/sturdy
EV's: 252 Defense; 252 Attack; 6 Special Defense
- Rock slide
- Spikes
- Steel wing
- Drill peck/ Sky attack

can you help me decide wich move should i use? drill peck or sky attack?
and if you can give me your oppinion about the overall pokemon
