How come sometime your rival or a trainer has a pokemon evolved earlier than it suppose to be??? |

Some Pokemon are just found as their evolved forms even though they aren't suppose to evolve until several levels later. It's just how the game makers intended it to be, like what JsXtm says. No real mystery there. |
