Wattson was the hardest one for me because his Magneton was resistant to all my attacks. I eventually won because I stopped my Zigzagoon from evolving for one level so it learned Mud Sport at Lv.21 instead of Lv.23.
Flannery was hard because my only water-type (Lombre), didn't have any water-type attacks. This was in my Emerald, in my Sapphire I had a Marshtomp with Mud Shot, so I beat them all easily.

I thought they were all easy but if i had to pic it would be my favourite to battle Winona i jst think after the third or forth time battling her it gets harder and more fun because she starts using more dragons wheeeeee!!!

I'd say Norman for me because my team relies a lot on status inflictors and i didn't know about the power boost facade gets when you're prlyzd, burned, or poisoned untill i finally beat him. As if his Slaking wasnt strong enough already. Uggh

Yeah, I agree. Liza and Tate's power was incredibly strong.

I dont remember what level my Pkmn were at. But I do remember that this was my hardest battle yet. That claydol killed muh.

surely tate and liza, no contest lol. i lost against em 5 times and only 6th time i won. blame on me cuz i fighted them with blaziken and crobat which both has weakness so it took many times.

They were all really easy but Norman just wouldn't die! Liza and Tate were annoying too

well flannery's gave me a run for my money, and tate and liza's and were no walk in the park either. but i was suprised how easy and were to take out. i think i had try atleast 2 or 3 times for those two gyms, even with a type advantage.

I thought wattson was extremely hard. No on else. Maybe Norman. If you didnt choose torchic, you cant have a type advantage over his pookemon (ground, fire) thats what was soo hard...

Normans is really hard as well. Even with traunt, it has awesome attack. Liek someone said, no , its almost impossible.

Tate and Liza must have been one of the easiest. Probably because I could completly slaughter them with my Swampert/Bellosom combo. Firstly, my Bellosom uses Sunny Day, then my Swampert faints the Xatu with an Ice Beam, Then after that, my Bellosom and Swampert swamp them with Surfs and one-turn Solarbeams. I mean really, nearly all of their pokemon are weak against Grass and Water, and the one that isn't is killed by a single Ice attack!

DarkPhantom02, all you need is a Lairon to win agaist Norman. Use Truant to your advantage and heal on that turn.

I think that Wallace is the hardest. The first time I played the game with my Sceptile I had a hard time defeating him, but the second time I used my Swampert and he dropped with little effort. All of the other gym leaders I had planned out a strategy before hand.

if you choose treeco the most difficult is eletric if torchic i think fire one or pscychic if mudkip i don't know.

that's excatly what happened to me, when i chose torchic as my starter but my other pokemon weren't that weak the were about 2 or 3 lvs worse

Liza e tate,since my blazeken has 2 types weak against solrock and lunatone...

same. Ive got a blaziken too. they wiped the floor with me more than once...
