With the Safari Zone, you can save money by resetting if you fail to achieve anything (so you only lose $500). It can be hard to catch though. |

What you should do is buy the amount of coins you need to buy it from the Game Corner, and save in front of it and keep resetting until you get one with the desired nature/stats you're looking for. Trying to get a good one from the Safari Zone is time consuming and not worth it if you ask me. |

Take note of what Yo Shee said. If you are just looking for an ordinary Dratini (I assume that's what you are looking for, and not a fully evolved Dragonite like what your topic title suggests), catch one in the Safari Zone to save on the cost of having to purchase the coins, unless of course you are way too loaded and can easily afford the coins. Alternatively, if you want a Dratini with good Nature, DVs and everything, use the reset method suggested by Yo Shee to pick up one such Dratini from the Game Corner. |
