After beating all of his challenges where does he go?

He dosn't really go anywhere, its just you can't go in his house anymore. (Altough if I were him, I would go to Johto  )

I heard from a friend that you begin to see sparkles in od places just like the trick master's house. You go up to the sparcle and hit "A" and he will run away. You do this several times, and then he comes out. Then my freind says that he may take some of your pokemon. This is probaly bull, but I would like to know if this is true. |

DRH, where did the friend say the sparkles were? Altering Cave on Route 103? That is the closest place to his house that is able to be changed. I don't know of any other odd spots and I didn't see sparkles anywhere except in my secret base when I step on that kind of mat. |

I believe that the sparkles apear in random places like latios/latias, and you go up to them and hit A. There will be "rustle rustle" and he goes away and you find the next sparkle. You see him like 5 times and then he comes out and does something, mabe gives you something. This might not be true, and I have not seen any thing either, but I will keep searching. |
