Ok If anyone can help with this I would apperiate it. Here it is on Fire Red On Six Island the place were u get the Sapphire gem there a scientist there well according to Pyspokes guide theres is suppose to be no in front of the temple But on my game there is I want to know how in the world u get him to move so u can use the HM move cut to get inside the temple to get the Sapp gem I need help really bad I just cant get this guy to move and I have tried everything to get him to

You may need to clear the Rocket Grunts off of Four Island first; have you done that?
