I have both Action Replay for pokemon games and a regular action replay for GBA. For some reason none of the pokemon encounter codes work. I can't find the pokemon that I want to find. I was wondering if anyone else used the action replays and had these problems.

ust to let you know, Datel (maker of AR) perfers quantity over quality, so you probably have a broken one. Possibly return it and buy a new one or find someone that fixes ARs. Also, your Pokemon could be defective.

try getting a reaslly skinny quitip and dip it in rubbing alachol and clean the wholt AR. if the tip of it breaks off use tweesers to get it out and use annother quitip. then test it it should work. if not take it to a gamestore to get it cheacked or e-mail datel by going to Custemer Support on Datel.com

I had this problem in Firered (before I started over) and it could be the Action Replay being a piece of crap. The only thing it did successfully for my game was ruin it. Be careful when you use it!

That is definitely something I didn't know.

Mine did screw up on me. I tried using G/S/C codes on it (shouldn't have, but it still shouldn't have messed up), and it erased all of my codes on there. The screen looked rainbowy at first, but then after I turned it off and on, all of my codes were gone (including the ones that were programmed into the game).
