I haven't messed with any stats, but still my charmeleon is buggered

Are you updating your pokemon's EVs as you go, and resubmitting that page continually? The stat gains from EVs are only recalculated a) when your pokemon levels up or b) when you place it in a box, and then remove it again, which could be what you were messing up.
