No, I'm fairly sure the Light Ball works only for Pikachu. |

Well, in the item description it says that the item raises the Special Attack of Pikachu, does it? I'd think common sense would dictate that it works for Pikachu, and Pikachu only. |

Pikachu only. I guess the item is Nintendo's idea of making Pikachu worth keeping as a Pikachu, instead of evolving it into Raichu. |
