Azelf or Mesprit. Uxie is defensive; in-game that is not usually the easiest (it will work but will also take longer). Depending on your level, Azelf can be used to sweep them but will also not be able to take as many hits. Mesprit has higher defense but lower attacks (but its still usable as sweeper)

I would use Azelf. It can sweep better than the other two I think. Since it has Nasty Plot with it.

Mesprit is more balanced. Defense, though, is higher for Mesprit. That's why I used both Mesprit and Azelf. I agree, Uxie is too defensive. Didn't come to too much use...

Use {azelf} and {mesprit} due to the fact they both are sweepers, also like Sion9 said Uxie is a tank/wall. So use Mespirit and Azelf.

I never used any of them. Yet if I had to pick, Azelf would be the natural choice, as it has the highest attack and speed of the lot. Mesprit is intermediate, and because of that is still decent, but Azelf packs more power in himself. (Plus Explosion helps against freaking special walls.)

Azelf is a BEAST of a pokemon.

Give it:

220SPD, 252SPATK, remainder in ATK
Flamethrower/Grass knot
Psychic
Explosion
U-turn

I wouldn't use not-very-easily-replacable TMs on it if you only plan on using it in the Elite Four.

I found it kind of funny that nobody took into account Uxie's ability to stall while you use your better Pokemon to pound on the Elite Four.

You're right; I should've thought of that. Or at least use something with decent defense. (Good thing I never used mine; I found out a few weeks ago it's Mild and has a Defense IV of 0-1. They're mocking me; I know it.)

Most people I know used Azelf for it's attack. Uxie is good for blocking while healing your other Pokemon, and Mesprit for sweeping I suppose. It all depends on what your team is.

Azelf is probably best just because u can sweep better with
it the other 2 are just unreliable and when u get deep into the e4 like
the last 2 and then the Champion you'll be in big trouble.
