There were a lot of lucky moments but sadly I totally forgot them all. As for the unlucky ones, I remember killing a Zapdos on my first encounter thinking it would be back again. |

I managed to escape rock tunnel with only my charmeleon at really low health. Everything else had fainted and i was so scared of running into an onix. Of course, I didn't know the benefits of flash then. |

easy my lvel 18  knew sludge bomb and it killed lances while dragonite was in low green. Yes it was a critical hit.

My luckiest moment was when I was battling Lance, and my Raichu was down to red colored HP, I used a quick attack, got a critical hit just barely knocking him out. |

my lucky moment was when i caught a shiny (brown)  @ Lv.4 in the begining of the game i only 5 pokeballs on me and it was weird cuz it didn't flee it took me 3 pokeballs. now its a Lv 80  its all goldish/brown. (no cheats used)

On yellow I couldn't get passed Lt. Surge, he leveled my whole team but I'd almost knocked out his Riachu. My level 6 Weedle finished him off. |

Just one question to most of the people to the people posting here. You sure you're talking about RBY? There was no HP color back then, it was all the same... As for some of my lucky moments, catching a Tauros (finally!) when I had only 1 step left in the Safari Zone. And catching Chansey on my first try in Blue... AEPMT

My luckiest moment was when Gary on pokemon red was at his last pokemon, and i used my last pokemon (blastoise) and used Fissure, and it hit, and I won. So lucky. BTW, Smallzy90, You need to stop Necromancing. |

I remember I did the missingno. thing and caught a lvl 183 squirtle...i used rare candies on it until it was like 999 then it want to 0 and was super weak but had a ton of health. i tested it out and a ponyta used stomp on it and like 3 rows of healthbars appeared and kept draining then more appeared on top of it and that went on for like 500 hp. lol |
